• Posting property on Airbnb or preferred platform, managing all communications and bookings with guests

• Concierge services provided as requested - massage therapist, private chef etc.

• Inspections of the property before guest arrival to ensure everything is in place and in perfect condition. Weekly visits to site are scheduled in times when property is not rented.
